So you can see the road sign for Kings Terrace above the trash. Proof is in the pudding as it were.

Across from the mattresses is a nice pile of trash.

Mattresses sitting under the No Dumping sign.

Supposedly the fine that is being enforced. Right below this sign is 5 mattresses dumped.

Dumping is a £2500 fine as part of the environmental protection act of 1990.
